Using IFC always create (for me) the xmp file.
I miss something? Is possible to apply metadata to IPTC fields with IFC?

I forgot...
I'm using IFC with D200 NEF, under Windows 2000 pro

I am currently using ImageIngester, but if I recall correctly, you can apply bulk metadata using IFC by applying metadata templates created from Bridge; or iView if you use it.  I beliieve Peter covers IFC and how to use the templates in the book, if you have it.
