Questions for Peter on MediaPro 3

Peter,
I'm trying to come up to speed on MediaPro now on my Windows PC and have a few questions regarding your use of it from Chapter 7. If any of these are answered in the last two chapters, just let me know:
1) You say you keep your music in your catalog and archive. Just wondering if you link your iTunes directly to your archive or do you have a second copy of the music set aside for iTunes?
2) In the sidebar on page 218, you talk about downloading your point-and-shoot shots directly to your catalog and archive. Do you bypass your normal workflow for these shots?
3) I noticed that you keep your Jobs and Personal catalog sets in the same catalog. I was thinking about keeping that in separate catalogs because I would expect my personal catalog to grow much slower than my job catalog allowing me to possibly keep my personal catalog around for many years before having to start a new one. Any advice here?
4) Noticed in Figure 7-10 that you have a Keywords catalog set. Mind commenting on how you use that?
5) How often do you sync annotations?
6) Case Study #2: Appears as though you by-passed your normal Workflow here as well and created the catalog directly on your laptop. How did you handle this catalog once you got back to your Lab?
7) Case Study #3 step 7: I'm assuming you are referring to sync annotations here. If the metadata was not sync'd before, why is it important to sync now? Am I overlooking something here?
8 ) Do you use folder watching or auto-importing?
Thanks.
Dan

Dan,
TILT!!!
Too many questions in one post!
See if you can figure out some of those with a little further study, and post your two or so most pressing questions back again.
;-)
