Is it normal for vertical images not to be rotated after ingesting?  I'm using a D200, and usually the images are rotated after downloading.  But when I use ImageIngester, the images are all horizontal.  Is there a way to make the vertical images vertical?

Mike--

ImageIngester never looks at the contents of raw image files or modifies them in any way. It doesn't look at or modify the metadata template, either. So, the only possible rotation would be if DNG Converter did it, which I don't think is something it can do. (ImageIngester does look into JPEGs to verify them, but doesn't modify the JPEGs.)

I actually thought the rotation came later, in Bridge, but apparently not.
