Hi all,

I'm following the information given in chapter 5 about how to set up Import From Camera to rename files.  I'm having issues with the dates though.  If I pull up the metadata for some images, it says the creation date is 8/4/05, and the modification date is 9/3/05.  If with Import from Camera I choose to use the modification date, it correctly grabs the 9/3/05 date.  If instead I use the creation date (which I really want to use), it somehow gets 12/31/03.  I have no idea where that's coming from at all.  Is there anyway I can fix this so Import From Camera uses the correct creation date?  Thanks.

Just a note, I did see the other thread about using Image Ingester, but I downloaded it and it doesn't seem to be able to pull creation date.  I could write my own Perl script to do it, but was wondering if there was anyway to get Import From Camera to do what I wanted?  Thanks!
