YYMMDD isn't one of the automatic choices--the closest you can get is YYYY-MM-DD. You could, of course, do it with a User-Named Folder, although in that case you'd have to name a new one every day.

Marc,
Perhaps there is something you could add in the next update. I know the YYMMDD is a popular choice as a date protocol as it saves character spaces in the filename, and I prefer to keep the consistency with my folder naming.
But otherwise, this is a great little app. Well done.

You can have YYMMDD in the FILE name. It's the FOLDER name where you can't, unless you type it in yourself as a user-named folder.

Hi, Marc--If it wouldn't be a HUGE problem, could you include the auto YYMMDD for the folder in an update? I have years of folders labeled as such and it would be helpful. Not the end of the world to manually change, but isn't that the purpose of automation?
Thanks,
Rick

Rick--
I'm going to be taking a look at some more folder flexibility soon, both for the primary and the backup folders.
