It happens when open a tiff file in Photoshop, work on it as the master file i.e, add adjustment layers, rotate, and save but when I return to iView MediaPro 3.0, the file cannot be read. It says:

Unrecognized media format (-8970)

Has anyone got this problem?

Maybe check your QuickTime version is up to date? iView relies on QT to render Photoshop files. Another issue might be the type of compression you've used.

Trinnity,

I have not tried this recently, but IVMP in the past did not process tiff's with zip compression. Try saving with either no compression or LZW compression and see if it makes a difference. Both of those work for me. I have moved to uncompressed tiff's as my standard format for master files.

Cheers ... Al
