import from camera

I am having a problem with Import from camera.
I have tried to run it twice. The first time it scasned the 51 files but onlyu put 5 files into the proper folders.
The next time it put 12 of the 51.

When I go out to set or change an option when I come back it stays grayed out.

Whats wrong and how do I fix?

I would suggest you try ImageIngester.
