Contacting Adobe

I've been working on a Lightroom issue with Canon files with the 800 tech support number since late August, without any real progress.

Does anyone have a contact name or number of someone I can speak with in the US.  A large part of my problem is that every time I call, I need to start talking about the issues from ground zero, despite a case log that the support people have access to.

Any help would be appreciated.
