Anyone moved to Blu-Ray
«

Has anyone moved from DVD to blu-ray? I'm thinking this would be much easier as teh buckets would be larger and require fewer burns.
My concerns are:
Will Blu-Ray be around very long as a format? (Then again, will DVDs?)
Will an internal Blu-ray burner be compatible with the new Mac pros that are rumored to be coming out in the near future.
First question is factual, second two are speculative. Thanks for any thoughts you might have.

I also switched to Blu-Ray because DVD was no doable anymore. For every card i shot (8 Gb) i was required to burn 2 dvd's. In the end i was not doing it anymore but now i am again.
So, the answers to your question are very interesting for me also..
