Looking for a DAM to handle a music collection

Hi,

I am a partner dance DJ and I would like to try to use a DAM to manage my huge music collection.

The requirement would be:

1.           The DAM has to manage the most popular audio formats, especially MP3 FLAC

2.           The DAM has to offer and manage meta data

3.           The DAM allows to play an audio file from the user interface of the DAM

4.           The DAM allows user, with the right access, to add his own tag.

5.           The DAM allows to users to search with several methods (navigation, full-text search, advanced structured search, facetted search)

6.           The DAM allows creating playlists according to several, criteria about: genre, rating, tempo etc.

Did someone knows open-source or commercial DAM meeting these requirement ?
I’m looking in particular in a DAM strong in audio media.

Would you suggest other requirement for a partner dance DJ ?
