Anybody use CV from controlledvocabulary.com?

Anybody used controlledvocabulary.com to get a CV listing? They offer a sample from their website by request, and I've requested twice and got no reply. I also applied to join their forum, but have had no response in over a week. Does anyone here know if controlledvocabulary.com is still really active or has it died and nobody yet taken the site down?

Advice would be appreciated.

I use it and like it. 

They have a list serve that is fairly active so I would think it has not died.
