As I work on photos in Exp. Media, the program backs up the work every so many minutes.  Does anyone know where this back up is?  I'd like to have a catalog back up copy on a 2nd HD like I can do with LR and wonder if this is possible with Exp. Media?  I'm on a Mac and have looked in libraries and application support, but have not found what I think I'm looking for.

Hello Sue,

I think the 'back-up' every few minutes is only 'saving the current opened catalog'.
You can find the location of the catalog with Ctrl+K or Menu/File/Catalog info (in windows...). The extension of the catalog is .ivc
This file you can back-up manualy (copy to another location) or automaticly with i.e. the application 'Syncback. The free edition is sufficient for this purpose.
