Expression Media File Info panel for Adobe CS4/CS5 applications.

These panels allow Photoshop CS4/CS5 users to access file metadata specific to the Expression Media digital asset management application (DAM). May be useful, in a digital asset workflow, to access or modify metadata specific to Expression Media application BEFORE importing in Expression media itself.

Catalog Set info can be directly inserted in Bridge and, when You load the images in Expression Media, You can save much of the work.

For this reason, I build an Expression Media panel that can be accessed using the "File Info" menu item in ANY Adobe CS4/CS5 application. I also included a metadata pane extension for Bridge to show the Expression Media metadata directly on the Bridge interface metadata pane.

The panel kit can be freely downloaded from the Adobe Exchange site (Adobe Account registration needed, but is free):

The panel contains the following specific Expression Media fields:

- Catalog Sets
- User Fields
- People
- Status
- Event

All the fields can be edited. Modified data is automatically saved into the original file or XMP "sidecar" file (for RAW files).

These Expression Media panels are compatible with the older IView-MediaPro application. Users can access metadata of the old IView application with these panels, as long as the compatibility will be mantained by the software company devoloping Expression Media (Microsoft for the 1.0 and 2.0 release, Phase One for the following releases).

Detailed installation instructions in english are included.

These panels are compatible with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS-X.
