Script to add original file name in Photoshop CS%

Here is the problem. A lot of times an image will get separated from its original folder, for whatever reason. So a finished image titled "Spring Storm" for example, is based on an image with an original number 100630_1255. So my question is, is there a script for PS CS5 that would imbed the original image number in the finished images file info?

I found a script and modified it and it works great.
