Hi Everyone,

One particular keyword of mine is always being applied to all my imports even though I don't enter it in the keyword section of the import dialog box choices. In grid view I've tried deselecting the keyword in the list and closing the catalog only to find it selected again during the next import. How do I clear this keyword from automatically being applied during import?

Thanks,
Dan

My bet is that you are using a metadata preset during import, and that you've forgotten it has a keyword which is now being applied to every import. if so, edit and resave the metadata preset.

John,

You already know this, but you're a GENIUS!
Problem solved.

Sometimes I think so too - but then I go and do something very dumb !

You won't believe how often I've seen users missing this little detail.
