List of software that supports Star Ratings

I did search but couldn't find anything relating to this.

I'm interested in knowing what software supports (in other words reads) the XMP metadata star ratings that can be embedded in the file's metadata.
Is there such a list anywhere to anyone's knowledge?

I don't know about a specific list, but certainly these support star ratings:
- Windows
- iView
- Expression Media 2
- IDimager

So I'd suggest: focus on your other "must have" requirements, and figure that most apps will properly support star ratings.
