Hi- I've gotten my update key from Phase One for Expression Media offer, but I have not been able to login, or set up an account with them. Sign-up freezes. Anyone else had problems?

It worked fine for me yesterday. I haven't installed the software yet but have my key and downloaded the install file. I also was able to register for the Capture One offer but haven't received that key yet.

Just received both EM2 and C1, also logged onto web site - I got a password and a first time only pin number.

Did you use the website sent in the email with your key? My desktop and portable freeze as soon as I direct them to the page. From there, I can not login. For two days. I thought their servers might be overloaded.

possibly a usuage issue. Does it expire end of June? maybe wait a day or two?
