After trawling the net for something to automate making buckets of a certain size - there are a couple of utilities  for Mac but none for PC that I can find - I decided to make my own. I have made a little application for PC which splits a bigger folder into smaller user-specified sized folders with sequential numbering. If anyone is interested in trying it out I'll send the exe file for you to use.
