Chronosync do not delete files

After using Chronosync for 3 years for alla my backups, I'm now in a trouble: it seems not to recognize files to delete in the destination folder.
I do not change anything in my directory environment. This problem appears one day to another.
I have all the checks right to move files to trash, but when I start a Trial Sync or do the nightly bkp, entires folders fulls of files are not deleted.
Y try delete preferences, start a new Chronosync document from zero: nothing, it does not recognize the files to delete.

Has anybody experienced the same trouble?

No Peter, thank you, the problem is not happening anymore.

I can not say exactly when and why, but after manually deleting the exceeding files, Chronosync correctly achieve the sync task, including the deleting task.

Sometimes permission repair can fix this kind of thing.

I use to run MainMenu to clean caches and repair permission, so may be the problem went away when I launch it in my monthly routine.
