i found xMedia Lightroom integration.jsx.zip
well is a jsx

how does it work?
does it work with iview and em ?

how can i install it?

Go into Bridge' Preferences, and find the Startup scripts folder. Install it there - it adds a menu item to the Tools menu.

i thought it 's a script to migrate from iview/em to lightroom , i mean export iview catalog items like labels ,people and so on to lightroom

Yes, it is that. It uses Bridge as the bridge - writing metadata between iView/EM and LR fields. So you need to Sync to the pictures in iView/EM, run the Bridge scripts, then import the pictures to LR (or use Metadata > Read Metadata).

This month I will launch an update of my Search Replace Transfer plug-in for LR. It makes the process much simpler, doesn't involve Bridge, and requires less knowledge of XMP metadata. In iView/EM you use Make > XML File, then in LR use the plug-in to update files in LR. It's simpler and faster.

is there a old version script that work inside iview?

The Bridge one is the old version. The LR plug-in is how I'm migrating data.
