Hi,
Is there any PC software which assign place names to the images like Mac's GPS Photolinker?

I don't know this Photolinker, and you don't say much about what you want, but I'll assume you have images with GPS tags and you want to "reverse geotag" or turn the GPS into place names. I would suggest Geosetter for PC.
