Have installed the script. A very cool feature!! Can it not be invoked as part of a template? Is it 'only' a standalone tool?  Sonia

Sonia,
I go over the difficulty in the book (and in a blog post).

The template tool in Bridge cannot create the Mark as Copyrighted tag.
You can manually edit the MXP template file to add it (ugh)
You can apply a template that has the tag, but it will also apply lots of data that you don't want.

The best solution, for now, is the script.
