GPS problem

Unfortunately, this thread has several distinct problems mixed together... would be better to separate them...

Regarding the problem of not launching the external program on XP SP3: Did the users who have had this problem log in as admin, or as a non-admin user? If the latter, perhaps they could log in as admin and let me know if that has any positive effect.

Was logged in as admin.  Also, track log was all in one file.  Had to convert log files into GPX using GPSBabel. 

Also, could this have anything to do with Firefox 3.5 or even the previous version of FF?  Did not have this problem prior to Firefox, as I mentioned in previous have not used II for almost a month.

Did try on my laptop last night and it worked ok.  That machine uses IE7.

Will be back with a bunch of pictures on Monday.
