Does anybody know if EM's (for Mac) Virtual Earth works yet? I still don't see a text field or any controls, just the default map of Manhattan.
(There IS a new Bing logo though...)

Jim,
Kind of.
You can't search, but you can navigate to a known spot and drag the image to the map - the center of the map is the GPS coordinate the image will get.

I just found out iPhoto 09 (of all things) does this quite nicely:
http://www.apple.com/findouthow/photos/#places
Good for older non-geo tagged images, too.

(Although I don't want to go from iv/em to iPhoto and back again)

Jim,
Nikon View (or whatever they call the browser) can do this as well, I think.

I have "ViewNX" but don't know whaere that feature would be.

Anyway, back to EM -- I notice that Latitude and Longitude are under "annotations", not EXIF. Will other apps (Lightroom etc) respect non-exif gps?
