I am using v3.2 with an Imac 10.5.5, PS CS4/ACR 5. When I set up ImageIngester with an ACR setting, a metadata/copywrite, keyword,  it brings in the images into a Bridge folder correctly, but without the ACR setting (it comes in default), no metadata/copywrite or keywords. Any ideas for me to try to troubleshoot this?
Thanks
Jonathan

Jonathan,
Try opening the sidecar in a text editor and see if you see the settings (assuming you are not having IIP convert to DNG).

Peter.
There seems to be no ACR settings, copywrite or keyword information in the sidecar, although all are entered for ingestion.
Two other quick things:
Bridge opens but not to the folder that was just ingested, is that correct?
What does the "pass in folder" checkbox do?
Here's the sidecar:

OK, I have fiddled around and got it to work part way. I now can ingest with my ACR setting and copyright, but cannot still get it to add any keywords. What's the secret?

Jonathan- you are not to specific regarding how you have set up for keyword ingest, but-
1. review the manual for the use of "Quick Fields".
2. Make sure you enter the correct structure for Quick Field (ie, {@QF.Caption} into the fields in Content portion of the Metadata section.
3. once you've got that concept down then-
4. in the case of Keywords (in the same Preset), enter {@Keywords}, drop the "QF." Any keywords you have set up in the Keyword Preset should now ingest accurately.

YMMV

Thanks for the advice. It helped me to start to figure keywords out. Right now, default keywords is: {@Keywords}</rdf:li><rdf:li>{@IPTCcontent.keywords}
The thing that is somewhat difficult to get used to is the save and save as menu in the keywords menu and how it interacts with the checkmark. It's a little confusing getting the thing saved properly to ingest. I had to try it several times with different setting to get it to finally ingest, and I am still not sure that I really understand it.
Thanks again
