Camera Scan Hardware for Rent

I will be renting out my camera scan MPR rail system for anyone interested in testing/using.

I have stages for both 35mm and 6x6 cm (Hasselblad).  Both of these produce black border scans on B&W negatives.  The 35mm system also works for mounted slides.

The cost for rental is $50/week for a single format, $75/week for both 35mm and 6x6 stages, plus shipping both ways.

You need to have your own Camera, Macro lens, and light-source and tripod.

I am interested in renting before I buy to make sure everything works for me.  The setup shown of your MPR rail system uses the 18" rail right?  I'm thinking of going with the 10" rail, so your setup won't confirm full compatibility with a DX+55/60mm lens.  As I remember, the 18" rail uses an extension that the 10" rail does not - so to determine if a 10" rail works, it won't be matter of just subtracting 8" from the "excess" rail behind the camera when testing your 18" rail setup - is my  thinking correct?

I have both a 10 and an 18 inch rail. If you don't need medium format, the 10 inch is better ergonomically.
