ImageIngester now has disc burning on Windows (and OS X)

Not only that, but there's a new Burn Disc item on the Tools menu that lets you burn arbitrary folders, not just those resulting from an ingestion. Unlike most disc burners, it's smart enough to split the burn among several discs if needed.
(This is Version 3.1.10 on both platforms.)
