Adobe Bridge label metadata to Expression

Following a photo shoot I do my initial edit iin Bridge where I label my photos with one of three colours (red, orange and green) and then star rate the final selection. I now have about 40 shoots that I want to catalog in Expression but I want that catalog to import the colour labeling and star ratings applied in Bridge. Is this possible and how do I do it?

You need to get Peter's Rank & File script @ damuseful.com/pages/rankandfile
In EM be sure to go to Edit>Preferences>Labels and Colors and set your Star Ratings and Label Colors the same as you have them set in Bridge.
