Color problems: iView <-> PS CS3

I would be so happy if any of the color management wizzards here could help me figure this out...
Problem: Significant color mismatch of DNGs between PS CS3 and iView MediaPro.
My monitor is calibrated. CS3 seems to display colors perfectly - very neutral. When I view my DNGs in iVew they have a significant color cast. It drives me nuts. Please, help.
Information:
* Camera:Canon EOS 1Ds MkIII
* PC with Windows XP 64
* Monitor: Dell 30" WS
* iView v3.x
* Basic understanding of color management
* Monitor calibrated with ColorVision Spyder.
* Using Adobe DNGconverter to convert CR2 files to DNG, with large jpeg preview
* Importing with iVew catalog: Color match is checked. Use embedded previews checked.
* Both thumbnails and previews have color casts
* The iView function "Convert files" attaches an sRGB profile to the resulting jpeg. This jpeg looks terrible in Windows Pic/Fax viewer, but still PERFECT in CS3.
Variables:
* DNGs per definition do not have a color space. However, the preview is supposed to be in sRGB (at least "sort of").
* iView implements color management, but not for all kinds of images. For example, large previews are not color managed.
* Before calibration, my monitor had EXACTLY the same color cast now exhibited in iView!
I am totally confused here... Need some pointers!
Thanks,
Johan

I suggest starting with checking that the iView MediaPro preferences are set correcty. There is a video by Peter Krogh at
