Ronan did contact me yesterday, but there apparently were some issues with the emails I sent back being received. Just a note to others, that if you are corresponding with other vendors or colleagues, and would like to receive a reply; that it is very helpful if you make sure that their email address or domain is within any "whitelists" maintained by your Internet Service Provider. Checking your 'junk' mailbox as well, just in case the messages are filtered, is a good idea as well.
