Has Adobe left the building?

Peter or John or someone who may know what's going on..........  I've been over in the Adobe Bridge forum (again),
tossing out the latest CS3 Bridge disaster and looking to see if there's been ANY response from anyone at Adobe
about the other recent major problems...  Nothing...  Dead.  Does Adobe just completely shut down from
mid-December until after New Years or something?  Or have they just given up and decided the number of users
with problems is so high its not worth even responding any more?

I do know that they are on a well-deserved vacation from Christmas to New Years, although that does not mean that they stop working.

I can also say that asking for help from people and calling their work-product a disaster does not encourage them to go the extra mile.  There are real people on the other end of the line, and they have to make decisions as to where to put their effort.  Sometimes you have to assume that some people will not be satisfied, and spend your efforts on those who might one day be satisfied.

This is not to say that Adobe will ignore people who have severe enough problems that they are really unhappy. I'd just encourage you to keep it professional, and not say anything that you would not say to someone's face.
