Why would some folders show .BridgeCache files and not others?  I do not have show hidden folders selected in bridge 2.1.1

Ian,
Were the images originally cached with CS2?

Peter,

Yes and I'm now using CS3.   Should I delete these visible files?

What happens if you change something to at least one of the images in Bridge.  Do the files change to invisible?

Peter,

In the Bridge Content where I see .bridgecache (but not .bridgecacheT which is seen in Windows Explorer) I changed a NEF and a JPG but  the files is still present.

regards,

Ian,
If they bother you, you can toss them and they will be rebuilt invisibly.

I just ignore them
