I just got a copy of Andrew Darlow's book, 301 Inkjet Tips and Techniques.
Despite what the title might imply, it is really a very thorough encyclopedia of how to make prints and what you can do with them. The book is illustrated with beautifully reproduced photographs that Andrew took, as well as images provided by people like Joel Meyerowitz (who contributes some great ideas on pre-visualization and mock-up techniques for gallery shows).
I strongly suggest purchasing the book.
