Hey Everyone,

First time posting to the forum.  I having problems with the initial install of the program.  My OS is WinXP Pro w/SP2 using 4 Gig ram.  For some unknown reason, the zip files I received after receiving the program, and then opened did not contain two separate file folders.  The zip file folder contained a total of 204 individual files, with no subfolders!

I use WinZip v11.1 to open my zip files, so I don't know if there is something I need to change/alter in the configuration preferences of WinZip, I've never ran across this issue before.  In the Adobe Bridge program, Rapid Fixer is listed under the "Edit" button from the main menu, but that's it, other than that the program in non-operational.

I'm really looking forward to using this program and putting it to good use!  Has anyone else have this happen to them?  Any assistance someone could offer would be greatly appreciated

Thanks In Advance....!

Back Again..!

I just figured out the problem and why it wasn't working riight in WinZip!  It has to do with the "view" selection, duh!  In the top menu bars of WinZip, to the far right there is a tab labeled "View Style", and it toggles back and forth.  When I toggled the other way, it then displays two files the "_macosx and Release 1".  Now the program works and it rocks!

Yippie...!
