New nearly final Mac and Windows betas

Versions 2.3.01B25 for the Mac and 2.3.01B17 for Windows have a few minor features and bug fixes:

--List (semicolon or comma separated) allowed in Other Categories metadata field.
--On Windows, mouse wheel now works in thumbnail chooser.
--On Windows, Copyright Status could be set OK, but was displayed wrong when reshown. Fixed.
--On the Mac, detects unmounted external drive instead of creating a substitute folder.
--A few other minor bugs fixed.

No other features are planned for Version 2.3.01.
