I need to catalog a lot of photos format, especially RAW format of different cameras. I tried Iview Media Pro3 and I can't get Full-size previews for several RAWs (NEF, MRW, PEF, DCR and DNG) despite the fact I activated corresponding importers and changed Preferences> Media Rendering...

Is there someting to do ?   Huh

thanks

WHen you say that "several" don't work, you mean you can get some full-sized NEF previews, but some don't ?  Or do you mean that you can make it work with some formats, but those you mention don't work?

Which version are you using?

The first version of 3.0 had a bug in this area.  The latest Beta of 3.0.1 has fixed this.

Try downloading the beta at http://www.iview-multimedia.com/beta/  and see if that fixes your problem.

Thanks for the answer Peter ,

I downloaded the 3.0.1 beta version but nothing changed... I'm still inable to get full-size preview for the following RAW formats: NEF, MRW, PEF, DCR and DNG.

N.B: with "several", I meant a set of RAW formats... because it's working well for other RAW's: CR2 and ORF for example.

In Preferences>MediaRendering>Raw, do you have "use embedded previews" clicked?

If this does not fix it, what are your settings in these panels?

Do you have "use previews at all times" clicked in the dialog in Edit>Thumbnails and Previews?

DO you have NikonView installed on the computer?

Have you tried the iView Forum?
