New Mac and Windows betas; macro for EXIF serial number

Versions 2.3.01B24 for the Mac and 2.3.01B16 for Windows are now available for download.

The new macro {@exif.serialnumber} gets you the serial number for some cameras. It works on the Nikon D70 and D2X and maybe other Nikons, although not the D200 (which doesn't record the serial number). Also works on many Canons that shoot CR2 raws, and at least one camera that shoots DNG raws, the Leica M8. Definitely won't work on cameras that aren't Nikons or Canons or shoot DNGs natively. (The serial number might be there, but there's no code in IIP to access it. Sorry.)

Some additional ORF (Olympus) variants are now supported in the thumbnail chooser, and some thumbnail-related bugs have been fixed as well.
