I have been running EM successfully for months on my Mac PowerPC G5 (OS X
10.4.1) until today when I tried to start EM and received an intercept page
saying that my "trial period has expired". I never had a trial version as this
was an upgrade from iView MediaPro 3. I have keyed in my validEM  ID # (of the
form #####-#######-#####), but it is not accepted. Now here is the strange
thing. EM still runs fine on my laptop, and I can run the vrsion of EM that
is on my PowerPC across the network by accessing it from the laptop. I have
tried tossing the pref file for EM, rebooting my machine, and even resetting
the PRAM. The problem seems to be deeply imbedded in the G5 (even though I
can run the version from the G5 by accessing it from my iBooK). MS and the
iView support sites are useless.

I've got 1200 new vacation pictures to catalog. I NEED to get EM running. Help!

Many thanks
