Finally a fix for the awkward way you added/edited clients/projects/cards, as well as a way to delete them (no need for the Database panel at all). Lots more, too:
  • A new Export button on the Database panel allows any database table to be exported as a comma-separated-value (CSV) text file, for easy loading into other apps such as Excel. This indirectly meets the request for printed database reports (S-0092).
  • On the Database panel, there's now a filter on the ingestion data display to show only 1 month, 3 months, etc. This filter also affects Exporting (S-0054).
  • There's a new Purge button on the Database panel for ingestion data only that allows records older than 1 year to be deleted. (If you like, you can export the data before deleting it.)
  • There's a new panel to manage cards, clients, and projects. It allows them to be more easily added and edited than before (via the Database panel), and also allows deletion without restrictions. (Except that there must be at least one client and one card, and every client must have at least one project.) Deleting a project or card does not delete the associated ingestion record. The Card, Client, and Project drop-downs on the main window are automatically refreshed, and therefore the Refresh menu item has been removed from those drop-downs (S-0087, S-0101, S-0124).
  • Diagnostics on failure to install metadata templates are written to the external log file on Windows, to help track down possible problems (S-0163).
  • A bug that could cause IIP to crash on Intel Macs when the Adjust button was pressed on the Multi-Camera Shoot panel has been fixed (S-0164).
  • Various other minor tweaks and cleanups.
