I can create catalog sets by dragging images to the set, and can view sets based on keywords, date, File type, etc. But I can't filter out the rest of the images in the overall catalog & view ONLY the images in the set. Double-clicking the green dot just changes the title in the bar to that set name, but ALL the images in the catalog remain visible. Can't find a troubleshooting solution, just to double click the green dot next to the title of the set. What's going on?

Don,
Hmm, that should not be.  Clicking the dot - making it green - should only show the items contained i the set. (THe same number of items should show as the number to the right of the dot).  Does this happen to all catalogs?  Do you have the flyout next to "Catalog Fields set to Union of Terms in Repeating Fields"? If so, try unchecking it.

Thanks, Peter-
It seems the catalog was corrupted. I copied all 7000 images into a new catalog & it worked fine.
Thanks,
Don

Don,
Great. That was going to be my suggestion.
