naming movie clips

I have some movie clips that were taken with my digicam, of performers at a concert. Since there are copyright issues with this kind of thing, would it be best in these instances to leave my name out of the renaming scheme? also what metadata/annotations if any should be applied? should the copyright be left out? what about keywords?

Do I need to indicate my MPG & AVI etc., movie clips off my camera with CO, for camera original like JPG photos? as it appears movie clips can be converted to different formats like JPG's. If I use CO for movie clips & JPG's does it need to be in capital letters like pg 81 in the DAM book?
