Rank and File compatibility with IView

Hi Peter:
I re-tried R&F, both launching from selected files in Bridge and by selecting a folder, and TODAY it worked, although I did nothing different from what were foiled attempts last week! All I can say is that Bridge has been acting squirrely recently and perhaps my previous attempts at R&F were a result of that.
The star ratings show up in the keywords in Bridge, but I cannot find them as keywords in IView. I must be missing a step here....I have tried to "sync annotations" in IView but that makes no difference. I have not assigned labels/colors to anything in IView and perhaps there is something I need to do before IView recognizes the results of running R&F. This is basic, I know, but I'm stuck....
Suggestion? Thanks.

Irene,
Are you converting to DNG first?

Also, did you see that there is a new version or Bridge?

No, I didn't convert to DNG first and nor did I know about most recent version of Bridge. Thanks. I KNEW it was some more or less obvious step I was missing!
