Do you have Workflow Checklist Spreadsheet file?

Do you have a copy of the Workflow Checklist editable spreadsheet file that I could download.  I would like to maintain that checklist on my PC electronically.  If not, I will just create one manually.  Unfortunately I don't own InDesign.  Thanks.

I just downloaded the spreadsheet.  Since I plan to use one spreadsheet and just let it continually grow, I'm going to just add the Client as another column.  If I'm overlooking something here, let me know.
