migrating keywords in Bridge

Hi - I have moved platforms from PC to Mac. I have successfully migrated catalog (IVMP). I now have CS3 on mac and am wondering if there is anyway I can migrate my list of keywords that are listed in Bridge on PC over to Bridge on Mac. I still have CS2 and Bridge running on PC. I dont really want to have to list the 100 or so keywords again. The reason for wanting to do this is I assign my keywords when in Bridge.
Has anyone any ideas

On the PC, look in c:\local settings\username\application data\adobe\bridge for a file called Adobe Bridge Keywords.xml.
On the Mac, it goes in username\library\application support\adobe\bridge\
