Fixes and features:

1. The include/exclude feature on the Preferences-Ingestion panel now works properly with extensions of any length. In earlier betas (and on Mac betas 14 and earlier) only 3-character extensions were handled.

2. The Multi-Camera Shoot feature is implemented. The bug concerning XMP files (see Known Bugs on the ImageIngesterPro web page) is still present, so you should use it only if you have no XMP files. DNGs with embedded metadata are handled OK. This will be fixed soon. Read the section in the User's Manual before trying to use this feature.

3. You're not allowed to check Run DNG Converter if you have no backup; you get a message instead.

There are still some cleanups and minor fixes left to do, but at this point the Windows version of IIP is feature complete. We had some very cold weather here last week, and the IIP feature set got frozen. Any new suggestions are welcome, but they will be filed away for the next major version. Bugs and serious problems will be fixed now, of course.

Marc,

Once again, very much appreciated.  Will use it this weekend.

OK... how about you guys taking a couple of camera with you and trying out the multi-camera-shoot feature? ;-)

i'll try out your multi-camera support this week. we have some decent wind-blown snow stuff going on, and i like to double-camera that kind of thing anyway so i'm not frantically hoping not to drop a camera in the snow while i'm swapping lenses. i'll also redo the New Year's Eve shoot that we had six photogs on -- i've kinda been waiting for this, for that, anyway!
