No "File Info" screen in Bridge
«

After selecting all images in a folder and doing a "file>file info" command in Bridge to enter copyright and bulk metadata, the File Info screen does not pop up. Naturally, this kind of puts a damper on the whole metadata in Bridge thing for me! Can anyone tell me how to fix Bridge to make that file info window pop up? thanks!

Rick,
What kind of files?
Can you get it to work at all with any number of files?
Any chance the files are locked?

Files are .CR2 (Canon Raw), Bridge "File Info" window will open ONE file, but not two or more. Does this sound like something that might be fixed by tossing the Bridge Preferences and then re-entering them?

Possibly.
So it will open file A, or File B, but not A and B at the sae time?
Are you on the current Bridge? (1.0.4)
Permissions repair?
Will it open for two JPEGs?

Correct. File Info window opens only when I have ONE file selected. If I try to open File Info for more than one file in Bridge, the "File" tool name (top of screen) highlights for a second like it's going to open, then nothing happens. This behavior is the same for raw files and jpegs. I've verified/repaired permissions on both the G4 harddrive and the drive hosting the images. The files are a on MacGurus SATA big-box (networked). Any insight or fixes appreciated, since this has thrown a wrench into my workflow.

After checking individually, none of the files appear to be locked, btw.

Current versions of all software (Bridge 1.0.4)?
What OS?
Trashed Preferences?
You might try clearing Cache, and Camera Raw Cache.
Do you have a second computer? If so, do you get the same error?
