Deke is very quick witted. I read his articles in Photoshop User Magazine, but have some catching up to do with his podcasts.

I'm probably way behind the 8 ball on this one, but I've been looking a Julieanne Kost's videos here as well http://tv.adobe.com/#pg+1483. I think she does a great job at presenting and explaining things.
